i already downloaded the software it came with it.Why does my computer not recognize my element mp3 flash drive?
did you go to my computer folder and look there to see
it might have a different drive letter
make sure that you have installed the software that you downloaded
not just downloaded it
it should install when you hit run
or when you double click the downloaded icon
